At 200 quid / year, whats that about $400AUD, FARKKKKK, it would have to be bloody good

Trough Lolly won't know himself :D ...

Great find by the way...

cheers Ross

That's been up for at least one year, I have a couple feet of articles somewhere abouts on yeast.

I for one have happily forked over my money.
The quality of information is exceptional and if you want to undertake formal study there are no better resources available than the GCB (General Certificate in Brewing), CD based study material.
The short brewing course at Ballarat costs around $2,000; the upcoming NNL week long course at Potters is around $1,300.

IBD training is recognised world wide and is I think exceptional value for money.

I would haply recommend any of the above to anyone who wants to learn more about brewing.
Whichever choice you make it is going to cost - but quality always does.

Hmmmm. All squirreled away for a rainy day now... will wait till I read a few before passing judgment on joining.

There wont be much on craft brewing and probably nothing at all on home brewing. Its mostly the scientific side of large scale brewing that the IBD journal caters for.

So I should stop looking for "The Six Can Coopers Comparo" article and "VB at Home for 12 cents a pot"?
Bugger.
:D
