Brutus perhaps a 3rd option if you have any family members or close mates that would be willing to store your gear? You could go round and brew at their place and exchange beer for their storage.

You could even create another brewer out of it. Bit of a long shot but another option as it would be heartbreaking to let that gear go.

I'm not planning to part with any of it, hopefully store it... Issue with brewing at a friends/parents is power requirements :(
