If a post falls on a Friday night and is deleted on Saturday, does it make a sound?

Ahh ok..? a little confused on the responses there...
I guess i dont have a high enough post count to vent my frustrations here yet...
To clarify i am currently drinking those 3 beers, which i very much enjoy..
but having served them to potentional father in law i was told that its not REAL beer unlike XXXX

AS i said i have no issues with people who ENJOY drinking those commercial varieties, personal taste and choice..
I was simply frustrated by being told its not REAL beer..

Anyway over it..

Also does nobody understand sarcasm anymore???
There is no sarcasm font.
When posting or emailing, you need to be sensitive to your readers.
Sarcasm is usually projected with a combination of facial expressions and tone of voice.
Both of these are absent in the written word.

Quick to bite, I see.
This is why people should think before they post.

Much like the op'er. I'm still trying to work out what he was trying to say after the clarification!

I thought I was bad at proof reading my posts!

Sorry to say, but my first read of this at 8.10am aaaaaaaand, well I think it's pretty obvious that the OP was being ironic.

edit: not that it's any of my business or that it is in anyway relevant.

Your father in law is a victim of commercialism...

Another victim of the big breweries insidious advertising

Carlton draught = "made from beer"

VB - "Just drink it, that's what it's for"

The message - Beer is beer, don't be a snob and try and overcomplicate it.

VB - "A hard earned thirst needs a big cold beer and the best cold beer is Vic" Goes along with the image of the man's man working hard outside. He's hot and opens a cold VB.

The message - A real man drinks VB... cold

Cheers for all the replies.
Gave me a laugh and some insight which is always nice.

I apologise for the cryptic sarcasm, yes it is hard to spot in words on a screen, i had just had 2 beers in quick succession after a stinking hot day working in the fields. People who know what ragwort is will know what i mean.

Ok well good old friday night post fell over and i did hear it.
