How Much Are Sodastream Swaps These Days?

G'day folks,

I am just wondering how much soda stream refill/swaps are...I have a bottle I want to swap over which I use for a back up when my full size CO2 is empty (Like tonight). How much are they these days??

And does any one in Adelaide know somewhere that will either refill them or I can swap them for cheaper than normal?? Always better saving some coin for beer than paying the big bucks.
