Hopping

Giddy,
I have only been homebrewing for a few months and wanted to know the best way to add hops to my process. I will be putting down a Coopers Real Ale with their number 2 brew enhancer. I want to try it with EKG hops. I would appreciate any advice on amount and process.

The amount of hops you want to use is going to depend on what style of beer you want to make. You could probably make a decent ESB with the Real Ale kit and some EKG hops

@David Bullen - the spreadsheet is awesome. I used it a lot when I used to do kit and kilo recipes.

You can pick a style and them play around with the ingredients until the red recipe dot is as close to the blue style dot on the graph.
