Looking to swap some Bravo 15.1%AA pellets and or Summit 16.8%AA pellets for some traditional English hops / Fuggles and Goldings preferably. Brisbane northside. Been brewing APAs for 8 months and tried a bottle of RUCKING MOLE which is hopped fug/gol and loved it. So it's time to do a few roight noice Pommies. Any tips on a yeast to give me fruity malty flavours. Will be AG and no chilling.
