I just recieved a pes message from mick and thought i might actually post this in the main thread for other peoples ideas or suggestions on Honey Vanilla Pilseners.

Well so far the vanilla Pilsener is turning out fantastic. I decided not to go with the honey on this brew, i thought i might just add the extra ingredients slowly so that i can taste the difference each addition makes.
This first batch i used a Fresh Vanilla bean slice into three pieces and just popped them into yhe secondary fermenter where they will stay for 2 weeks.
I must say i couldnt help myself and had to have a little taste. Tastes awesome.
My next one I will add the Honey, same recipe only I will add 500gms of honey with 500gms of water and bring to boils before adding to my wort with the finishing hops at 5 minutes.
This is what i am going to try anyway. If you have any suggestions or anything at all I am all ears would love to hear how yours goes or others that have done the same recipe
