Hi from Portugal

Hi all,
I'm a new brewer from Portugal and I hope to learn a lot from this forum.
Actually I'm planning to brew my first beer this weekend. I consider myself a IPA lover and I will start with a can of Cooper's Brew, an IPA. I've already bought 1kg of dry malt extract and I'm planning to buy some grams of Mosaic hops.

I'd like to hear your opinion.

That's my go to right now, but I do 50:50 Mosaic and Galaxy, about 25g each dry, I drop that in on about day 3.

Good luck with it, hopefully you will be like me and just get hooked!

Welcome. Mosaic is one of my go to hops. Others that will work really well in an US style IPA is Cascade, Citra, SImcoe and others like it.
