Have just bottled my first brew coopers pale ale,

Looking at doing dr schmurtos golden ale as my second ,

Welcome to the community! There sure is a lot of great info on here for everyone from a new brewer to the obsessive scientist.

Just remember that beer is dead easy to make ( it was invented by accident when grain in stores got damp and spontaneously fermented). The only reason some of the stuff on here makes it seem difficult is that it's near impossible to perfect .
