Hello, first time brewer

Hi all,

Names Chris and I am a first time brewer. I have purchased the Coopers kit and am brewing an english bitter with brew enhancer number two. Hope it turns out nice

I have a question, and I have spent the last 90 minutes searching the forums and google for it.

I'm looking for the KK spreadsheet, I've downloaded the Kit and Extract one but that is too advanced for me at the moment.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Kit and extract is K + K. Same same. Read up have a play with the spread sheet read some more. Have a beer, play with the spread sheet. Brew. Have fun.
Dare I say it but there are more than one way to skin a cat!

Extract=Tinned goo not hopped
Kit=Tinned goo hopped

In the spread sheet just select the kits and bits you used.

BE2 is 500gm Dextrose, 250gm LDME, 250gm Matodex

Enter it all in plug in the numbers.

Welcome! The spreadsheet is great. Once you have a few brews under your belt it will all start to make sense.

I am having one or 10 as we speak Chris and its only 26 days bottled. This is my 4th Brew and its still green but not to bad overall.
I used coopers brewing sugar along with the kit yeast.

This is also my first carbonation comparison between Carb drops and sugar and I cant see any difference!
