felt my age today after not having been on the pans for 5 yrs.I did ok and people loved the dish that i put on so thats great.

for the lunch crowd, dont overlook a few good sandwiches. decent bread, preferably home made or artisan. a small set of good fillings from local ingredients. and definately made to order. we often dont want big meals when out for lunch. a realy great sandwich is a joy, not hard to do and very rare!
