Safeway are clearing out stocks of Cascade Golden Harvest in my area and I bought a few tins on special.
Although I couldn't find the sell by dates they were dusty and must have been there for a while. I'd like to use them quickly in case they go off.
Any ideas for what hops/malt additions are recommended in a two can recipe would be welcome.
