The IBT2x plus instant read would certainly have helped dramatically with the Easter Sunday roast. The pork joint was so dry it was like trying to eat dry Weetbix. A temp probe would have notified us when it was cooked perfectly and still succulent and juicy. Please consider me for this prize draw. Cheers Darren.
