Hey,

Have a 10L batch of ginger ale. Been in the fermenter for 9 days now. Recipe below. 30min mash/30 min boil. Its been at 1.010 for the last 3 days. I gave it a swirl three days ago as I noticed airlock had stopped bubbling. Bubbled again. Butno change to 1.010. Is it finished? I am kegging anyway.....?

Thanks!

Just thought I'd update in case anyone searches ginger beer/ale and is looking for info.

It has now hit 1.005. Day 11. After doing nothing for 5 days it has suddenly kicked in to action again o_O Tastes a lot better also. Will wait it out a bit more now to see where it can finish up.
