Gelatin: Add it post-fermentation at same time as dry hop?

Personally, and assuming I'm doing both, I dry hop 1st then add the gelatine a few days later, maybe cold crash if theres nothing else in the ferment fridge and then transfer to keg a few days after that.

Add it to you keg and transfer your chilled beer on top of it. Give it 2-3 days to do its thing and then hook in.
So you add the gelatine to your serving keg?

It falls to the bottom and takes the yeast with it.

The first glass might be a bit murky, just dump that one, but the rest will be nice and clear.

Try it for yourself.

It does make cleaning the keg a little bit more work, but that's about the only downside as far as I can tell.

Hook in? = Begin the process of consuming your beverage.

Ok so I'm gonna dry hop for 3 days, add gelatin to the bottom of my leg as per instructions, let cool for 30mins, and then add my beer on top of gelatin in the keg. Bump first jug or so and I'm sweet?

Can't say I've heard hook in. Hope I'm not looking under a keg!

You've never been to a BBQ for example and the host brings the food over and says 'everyone hook in'.

Pretty much, some yeasts flocculate much quicker than others, so depending on yeast strain, some will take longer and others wont need gelatin at all.

It's important that the beer is chilled for the gelatin to work properly and allow a minimum of 2-3 days before commencing the process of consuming your beverage.

Yeah that works just as well.

As the beer swirls around when it's being transferred it mixes with the gelatin, so either way works.
