Pretty much, some yeasts flocculate much quicker than others, so depending on yeast strain, some will take longer and others wont need gelatin at all.Luke1992 said:Ok so I'm gonna dry hop for 3 days, add gelatin to the bottom of my leg as per instructions, let cool for 30mins, and then add my beer on top of gelatin in the keg. Bump first jug or so and I'm sweet?
