Just sending a cooee out to all of the other brewers , close by and from afar.
To cut a long story short, sort of..
My name is Gary, most people call me Gaz , I have racked up half a century of summers , and I have been brewing in some form since I was about 18.
I am a horticulturist,guitarist,vocalist,apiarist, lots of those these things including amateur astronomer and cosmologist.
To be honest I haven't lurked much here as I havent had time to ..oh , I roast my own coffee which ensures I need beer to knock out the caffeine hit I think
I would really like to try growing some hops here and also full grain brewing , like my grandad did, dam he had a nice pale bitter ale
Anyway I hope to share some experiences, some knowledge, and also to learn from you good people.
Congrats on a great forum and community and I look forward to sharing a coldie with you sometime ,
