If you have a surplus of Amarillo then maybe a dry hop in secondary too.
Yeah I've thought about it, but tasted it last night (just to make sure an infection hadn't taken hold :icon_cheers: ) and it was
"Amarillo-icious"! Maybe a bit won't hurt.

Will stop posting here now cos it's a bit off topic, being a more full-strength than light.
 
Okay butters i took it into account when i put it down last night,

ended up dropping the volume to 23L and changing the grains around, also i used about 25g of goldings just for a quick 5 min boil/steep just for some nose.

Had a smell this morning, beeeewdifull!

Hope it tastes just as good.
