Hey guys,
I'm looking to make some fruit beer, possibly a strawberry blonde ale, for this summer and I've got no idea where to get some fruit extract from for this purpose. I've decided to stay away from fresh fruit for the reasons of ease. I also want to be able to add the extract straight to the keg to acheive desired fruity taste, rather than secondary the beer.
My first point of call for fruit extract would be the supermarket (apart from G&G of course), but I dont expect to find much there in the way of relatively fresh and usable extract.
Any thoughts?
