Hiya Guys!

whilst capping a few lagers 6weeks ago, ((woolies)Lager, 1kg dextrose, saaz hops teabag)
I was eatting a madrarin & wondered what would happen if I popped
1/3 of a peel into a bottle.......well I open it today and it's fantastic!
that crisp Saaz taste, but a very distinctive citrric-mardarin taste....
it's no Belgium tapist beer, but it's quite different & very refreshing.
Anyone else tried adding fruit in with their brews?

The peel wasn't looking too heathy, but I imagine that popping peels
in durng primary fermentation, rather then in the bottle, wouldn't be
as effective..... ?

:chug:

I have dropped a couple of Kaffiar lime leaves in the boil several times , adds a nice tang , goes well with cascade hops
