I have a steady supply of green 375ml twist top bottles (cascade light) from a friend of the family, and have a large surplus at the moment (about 20 cartons). The bottles are unwashed and have the labels on them, and they come in the normal Cascade Light cartons. They are easy to clean, a soak overnight in some nappysan and the lables and any grime come off with zero effort.
I'd much rather see them reused than recycled so if you need bottles let me know and you'll be welcome to come and pick some up. In the interests of fairness I'll limit it to 4 cartons per person.
