Picked up a used fermentersaurus from the forum (thanks Yuz) so made up a lager using what i had on hand, 3 days to nearly finished @20c ( ambient temp in my laundry)
Pressure never got above about 8psi so i may have a leak somewhere.

23ltr batch BIAB, mash @66c for 60mins, 60min boil.

4kg pale malt
1kg cooked rice
35g saaz
S-189 reused from previous Pils

into the FV @ 1.044 15/01
currently 1.010 18/01

Finished at 1.008 after 5 days, moved to my keezer for cold crashing @2c and last night transferred to a keg and added gelatin.
Samples tasted really good so looking forward to the first pour.

Tastes great and has cleared up nicely with gelatin.
