Hey all,

I've brewed an AG RIS with 250g of ground coffee steeped after the boil (70deg) and another 250g cold brewed and added to the fermenter close to FG.

Double bagged both times to minimise grounds entering the final beer but I've noticed quite a lot of grounds in suspension after 30 days of primary.

I'm cold crashing a small sample and have just added gelatin to see how it goes. I've got some polycar I'll try next too but was wondering if anyone has had luck doing this?

I have a feeling the only solution may be to run the beer through a filter cartridge and then into the keg.

Thanks manticle, that's sadly what I guessed. Time - in a cold crashed state?
