Just put away a Brewcraft hoegarden clone and was wondering what is the best temp to ferment at?

Yeast used was Safale WB-06

Recommended fermentation temperature: 15C – 24C (59-75F)

Big range isnt it? what can you achieve most consistently. Thats what I'd aim at.

What does the kit contain ?
Is there any corriander or orange zest ?

Ferment @ around 18C for clove esters or higher around 22C for Banana esters.
I've read that Jamil reckons if you brew at 17C you'll get a nice balance of both. When I use WB06 for a hefeweizen I ferment at 18C as I like the clove esters. I'm not sure which would suit your wit though.
