Hey guys.

After brewing multiple different cans. Cooper's APA has become a favorite.

I'm just wondering what's everyone's favorite finishing hop? And/or favorite yeast?

Mosaic, citra, Amarillo, simcoe, Centennial, NZ Cascade..

Gods man the list is almost endless as soon as you start mixing them.. I found very quickly that I liked the results from blending Hops.

Cascade and x
Amarillo and x
Simcoe and x

There is a world of flavours to be created out there...

Call me a traditionalist but you can't go wrong with Pride of Ringwood. Yeast, definitely recultured Coopers bottle yeast.

Assuming APA is American PA, I wouldn't be finishing with POR..

I did an all Australian APA using Vic Secret and Summer hops. It was fantastic and went extremely well with the "fruity" Coopers years.

Cooper's APA is Australian pale ale.

But yea, I'm a bit sick of POR hops in commercial beers
