I only saw the highlights package at the end during a break in the footy. I was hoping "Vote For The Winners" would get up.

I quite like them! actually liking the winner- first time for everything, I suppose...

Just gave it a listen, sounds like comedy metal in some ways in that its pure fun and has you grinning and almost laughing but not in a cringing sort of way. Not bad.
Love the way he screams out hallelujah in some parts. halleluaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh in the classic hi pitch squeal.

Some of the vocals in the verses sound like a Jim henson puppet like cookie monster.

Listened to it a few times now and it has sort of sucked me in, good fun, if not slightly embrassing to be caught listening to.

Hey Jayse.

I was hoping you might comment here.

I had only seen the photos in The Age (online). I had not heard it. WHere did you get to hear it?

I would love to give it a listen, particularly if there is a film clip.

Apparently there was some opposition to "Lordi" being chosen to represent Finland but I guess they will be eating thier words now.

Wasn't Bjork from Finland, or was she Iceland? Iceland i think.

Still its good to see that some of the cast from "Lord of the Rings" got a bit more work.

Try a filesharing program like limewire. Just downloading the film clip and the eurovision footage now for ***** and giggles but on dial up its gunna take several hours.

Possibly not cool to publically suggest 'stealiing' music of limewire on AHB but i'am pretty sure its all cool to download the compressed dodgey versions of the clips and so forth which are not actually for sale as such in the first place.

You can also download the clip from their website.
Cannot remember what it is at the moment but a search will find it for you.

Yeah. Right.

Sort of what might have happened if Tim Burton and Wes Craven were guests on "The Muppets".

Cool website too. Lordi must be luvin the publicity.

Do you think they could be the next Scandinavian contribution to World Music.....sort of like ABBA? B)
