Sorry, I wasn't sure if that was protocol or not...

http://cgi.ebay.co.au/NEW-COMMERCIAL-36L-...okware_Bakeware

I had the 36 L in mind for the price and the size (I'll only be doing 23-25L batches for a good long while yet).

Edit: yep, ampy was spot on.
I would use one for my kettle, better than the 40 lt ally stock pot i have. Although you may want to go for the 50lt rather than the 36lt. Ihave to keep a close eye on my kettle for boil overs, you shouldn't have that issue with a 50lt and its only an extra $40.

Yea, it's only $40 extra, but with the radically increased dimensions it means that my current gas burner and my chilling system etc probably won't be able to cope...so really it's $40 plus another $XXX for a proper 3 ring burner and another $XXX for an immersion chiller or whatever...

Wish I'd bought all this before I decided to go full time at Uni...back when I was a working man haha!!!

thats fair enough mate, just so ya know though before I got my italian spiral burner, i could get a good rolling boil with a 2 ring burner and a med pressure reg. and no chill is always an option. Which ever way ya go happy brewing!
