I am sure I have heard a fair bit recently that both BOC and Air Liquid will not refill these "customer owned" bottles any more......under any circumstances. The only was you will get another full bottle from them is to enter into a rental agreement with them now. Some-one considering buying one of these bottles should check and confirm if you can or can't get them refilled.........and then correct me if I may be wrong...........happy bidding, but buyer be aware.

buyer beware all right. when i told the guy thanks for the reply but im now not interetsed because the bid is now too highhe tried to tell me that the kegs alone are worth the bidding price (now $326) and its $1k worth of gear. so obviously he has no idea what he's talking about or it out to shaft someone.

mate thats $52.50 a keg. Craftbrewer will sell you them for $55 each including postage (the 4 keg deal he has). $60 a keg is standard. not sure how you can be seeing cornies foing for $100 each.

My LHBS has them for $90, but I think that same keg has been sitting there for two years.

fair enough, my point was not to bid on it as its not worth the asking price

One near me has them for $80 and they make out like they are somehow better than the 'cheap rubbish ones you see online' hahaha.
