Loks the goods Sav!

Personally i'd drop the wheat down to 4kg, munich down to 2kg and the reserved 2 kg sub as pils malt.

everything else i'd leave.

4.00 kg Wheat Malt
2.00 kg Munich Malt
2.00 kg Pilsner Malt
0.45 kg Caramunich Malt 2
0.05 kg Chocolate Wheat Malt

I like the looks of Fourstar's modified version.
Definitely worth a shot.

I recon it will be too sweet. I made something with that much caramunich and it was out of style... but still very nice.

This malt profile was more on the money:

25L

3.5Kg Wheat
1Kg Pilsner
1.5Kg Munich
70g Weyermann Carafa 2 or Roasted Wheat

Cheers,
Jarrad
