Hi, i made a cascade premium this morn with a block rock dry lager.
Put the enzyme aside so i didn't forget it and sure enough i've forgotten it. Yeast has been in for about an hour now, too late or is it possible to add it.
Thanks, Rysa.

No problem at all to add it now, will still do exactly the same job.

It will make the beer very dry though, could think about not adding it.

Thanks for the reply, Was fairly sure it insn't a necessity but wanted to make sure.
Still not sure on whether to add or not, not overly fussed as to it being dry or not.

Chuck it in Rysa. It may make your beers dry but you will keep your belly flat. :p

BTW, that is my avatar you're using. :) First in, first served.

Oops, sorry. I'd better drink up and get a new one!! :chug:
