Based on a recent thread by Angry Scotsman (see http://www.aussiehomebrewer.com/forum/inde...howtopic=32959), I contacted Simon Walkenhorst for a sticky beak at his new brewery (which is in Lilydale). He graciously agreed to show us around at 2PM on Saturday the 13th of June, and has extended the invitation to anyone from this forum who would like to come.
He's a fairly busy bloke. and has asked that we all come at the same time rather than in dribs and drabs over many different days.
So, if you would like to join us, please send me a PM and I'll come back to you. This will allow me to warn him how many of us are actually likely to arrive.
