All,

I plan on brewing this one up on Saturday. I'm moving just after new years and need to stock up on beer and pack up some of my kit, as well as use up some stock. I have heaps of hops and 3/4 of a sack of JW Trad Ale, and a bit of Carapils.

Will mash at about 66 degrees.

This will be my first time toasting my own grains. I'm doing this simply to use some up. I have a bit of crystal too, but dont know weather to bother putting it in as i was aiming for a lighter (body/colour) style, thoughts??
