Haha, nice pics. I'm brewing a coopers best extra stout that I'm just about to bottle and it went crazy and blew out the airlock on day 2! Lucky, I was on hand to fix it asap.
I used re-cultured pale ale yeast and followed the recipe as per the coopers site. Bottling tomorrow night and my hydrometer reading tastings are telling me it's a good brew.
What recipe did you use?
