Coopers Brew Enhancer 2

Hi All,

I am planning on using coopers brew enhancer 2 to prime my brew, I'm trying to calculate the carbonation level for around 2.5 for a kolsch. Does anyone know the fermentability (%) of the brew enhancer?

I would not bother save your BE2 for another brew and just use dex or ordinary sugar for priming you will not taste the difference.
