Continuous Yeast Use

I'm pretty sure Kev does exactly what i do... Remove some yeast and then throw another cube on top without washing anything.

It all comes down to what you want to achieve. If you want to make the best beer that you can possibly make then its probably not a great idea to keep repitching your yeast indefinitely. However if you just want to make a good beer that you and your mates will enjoy i don't reckon there's any problem with repitching until your fermenters are brown with dead yeast and hops from 7 generations ago.

I like good beer, but i also like cheap beer, which is why i brew all grain and repitch my yeast.
