Conical Fermenter

I've recently completed and relocated to my new brew house and now want to start working on my wish list.

I'm tired of racking from one fermenter to another and want to obtain a stainless steel conicalcylindrical fermenter from 30L capacity with trub run off and bottling spigots/taps fitted. I know they can be bought ex USA for around AUS $780, but prefer to buy Ozzie. I don't mind second hand, as I'm already over budget.

If I can get one I'll have a variety of demijons, carboys, and plastic fermenters going cheap.

If anyone has ideas or leads in or around Adelaide I would be grateful.

Give Darryl Trinnie a ring - he runs Trinnie engineering just out of Nuriopta.
He has started the grenock brewery and made all his own SS Conical fermenters.

He can make you one.

The only other person is Andrew - on AHB- who is running The steam exchange brewery down in Goolwa.
He has a wicked SS Setup with Conicals.
He has contacts taht got his made - he might be able to help you out.

Do they have a water jacket? I was thinking of using a pond pump to circulate a tank of water/glycol in the brewing fridge for doing a big batch of larger.
