This was supposed to be a blonde ale, but I boiled it hard for the first 10 minutes and it has a wonderful caramel flavour. Fermented at 18c for 3 weeks and bottled with carb drops. Enjoy.

Edit: I have made this with S23 a few times, and it's nice, but this is special (say that like Bruce).
