I bottled a batch of of Amber ale around 4 days ago.
I have used a teaspoon of sugar per 640ml bottle to prime instead of the usual two in error.
I am now concerned about creating a batch of near flat beer.
Some bottles are already showing condensation which is good, however some are not.
So the question is, can I open the ones that aren't and add sugar and then recap them to help carbonate the beer?
Thanks in advance, cheers.
