Meet the Brewer - Caf Vue at 401 St Kilda Road - Friday 3rd June
Each week Caf Vue at 401 St Kilda Road will celebrate local food artisans with Friday night drinks. To kick things off we have requested the help of our friends at Little Creatures brewery.
We will host White Rabbit’s head brewer Jeremy Halse between 5pm and 7pm for a relaxed conversation about the finer arts of brewing. With every Little Creatures or White Rabbit beverage sold we will be offering an extra one for free. A selection of complementary snacks, such as river prawns with parsley and caper sauce, will be served.
For those wanting something more substantial the la carte and caf express menus will be available featuring the Caf Vue burger and whole meats cooked on our French rtisserie. With no extra costs to attend it is a unique way to finish the working week and celebrate the start of winter.
