Just finished racking and finning my first 2 full mash beers in 5 yrs as well as bottling 2 types of mead which was interesting.Never bottled into wine bottles or used a corker before but it went pretty well.will bottle the remaining mead tomorrow as i need to convert the fridge back into my keg fridge.Interesting the difference between the meads as the base was the same but with one batch i used a couple of bourbon vanilla beans.....hmmm orange blossom and vanilla mead its a winner but will be even more approachable in about 6 months.
couple of sample glasses and have a nice 15% glow.
