I'm a fan of Bright Brewery's Hellfire Ale. I'd like to have a go at something similar for my next brew (extract + steep or partial). I've seen it described as an "English Amber Ale" - is that right? I thought Amber Ales were American?
Could someone point me to a recipe that would give me something similar.
