Brewing Related Pdfs

I'm about to head overseas for 12 months and can't take my favourite tomes with me, so I'm looking to stock up on brewing related PDFs for the iPad. Can anyone point me in the direction of any readily accessible Internet resources?

Amazon has quite a few available for the Kindle if that helps.

I noticed the new Brewers Apprentice and the Stone Craft Brewery on there.

I've got a few of those already - was after more technical, scientific level books, or probably textbooks would be a better way to describe it.

i find the brewing network stuff amusing and educational, brew strong is great fun to listen to, also the Brewing TV guys have some good stuff to keep you occupied if you decide to go that way...
