Picked up one of these the other day (I know, I know, is passed its use by, but figured for $10 what the hey...)
Currently have a wit using wyeast 3944.
Was planning on dumping the can, along with a touch of wheat malt, some (steeped) carapils and maybe a little bit of saaz at flameout.
Have had a look on the "search" and found plenty of comments about many of hte other Brewferm kits, but nothing about the "Gold" kit.
Any thoughts?
