I haven't been there myself, but "outer eastern suburbs", "across the road from a supermarket", I'm guessing it might be the Brewer's Den business for sale. Always wondered why they don't just say?

Good opportunity for any long time brewers in Eastern Melbourne with a retail background looking to run their own business.

EDIT: Corrected title to reflect more likely business name...

I assume it's out pas lilydale, it's been on the market a while I just can't remember where (maybe yarraglen ?)

MXD would be on the money I reckon... it is one out Woori Yallock way, the competition they refer to being 45 mins away would be Brewers Den.

This would be the shop and it has been on the market a bloody long time...

Sounds like the woori store. Brewers den don't do cheese making equipment afaik.

Yep, that does look more likely given the yoghurt and jerky stuff, cheers for the clear up. For some reason Brewer's Choice doesn't show up on a google maps search of 'home brew supplies, melbourne". They might be stretching with the statement they're in the 'outer eastern area of Melbourne', rather than admitting they're in an eastern Victorian town.

Just for the record Woori Yallock is east of Melbourne, NOT "outer eastern Melbourne........or any part of Melbourne for that matter. Why not just say its in the Yarra Valley on the seek ad? No wonder it isn't selling. Next thing Sydney will be an "outer northeastern suburb".
