Founding subscriber is someone that subscribed before the first issue went to print. I think the cutoff was around Oct/Nov last year.
I haven't received the other founding gift either.

pretty sure the cap and dvd offer coming after and being separate to founding subscribers. the big part of being a founding subscriber was the offer of no price increases for continued subscription.
i am looking forward to getting the glass though. might be here in time for christmas

I subscribed pretty early in the piece(not founding subsciber) and they've been promising me a "free gift" since february, when I still hadn't got the cap I said can I swap that for the DVD, sure they said.....still waiting

I got the subscription renewal email this morning.
Interesting thing to note is the following

Due to increased shipping costs, there will be additional charges applied to international renewals; does not apply to international Founding Subscribers.

I do enjoy reading the magazine, even though usually a 1/3 of it is reviews of beers we can't get.
Not sure if I want to subscribe for 3 years though. You have to ask the question, will the magazine and the quality still be there in 3 years time.

What are other founding subscribers thinking ?

i doubt i'll contunue subscribtion, it's a good magazine but i think i'll just renew BYO and that aussie beer mag (forgot the name of it). i only flick through the reviews and there's not enough on other countries other than american brewries

I've enjoyed the mag so far so I think I'll renew. I'll probably even go for the 3 year option with the AUD where it is now.
