Beer Masons Contact

I had a issue with a delivery late last year and have tried in vain to contact Beer Masons. Have lots of "Thank You for your enquiry, someone will contact you in 24 hours" emails but nothing else. Has anyone had any luck in getting anything out of these guys? Getting miffed at the treatment, they have my money, I just want what I have paid for.
