"non CO2' carbed beer is simply beer that's carbed by yeast in the cask/bottle/keg reacting with residual sugars,the same as homebrew.Apparently some people believe there's a difference between 'natural' CO2 and 'un-natural' CO2.As to guidelines,which ones are you referring to?
