This is my 3rd attempt at this 3 tries with 3 different recipes, this one is Gordon Strong's Warwick Bitter recipe which he claims to be close to a Bass pale ale colour looks right, a fair few hops went in so keeping my fingers crossed. If it turns out alright I will put the recipe up, always have a problem when there is a fair bit of flaked maize in the mix but I think I have worked it out to being to heavy handed mashing in.
