Hi all Ive been busy for a few years, Ive kept up brewing but have lost contact with this forum. Ive had some great laughs catching up on the jokes thread, thanks to all who contribute.
I am trying to brew in a large scale with a recent purchase of a 450 lt stainless pot that I am intending to use to boil my brews, I am thinking about running a twin mash vessel set up to feed this with a pair of stainless 44s I have but I might get into further detail when I get closer and I know what I am doing.
