Aperol or Apritzo Spritz Recipe Using Cask Wine (From Aldi) (New Aperol Impressence Essence)

Aperol recipe sounds great and I have ordered some to try. Also purchased KegLand ginger essence and plan to try and make something similar to Matsos Ginger Beer. My understanding is that it is a wine based drink. Have you tried anything like this?
